William M. Noorlag, DPM

Dr. William M. Noorlag has been in practice since 1987. He graduated from the Willliam M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1985. Following that, he performed two years of residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery of the foot and ankle.

Always involved in resident training since graduating his residency program, he became the residency director of Midwestern Regional Medical Center in September of 1998.

In March of 1999 he accepted a position at Sacred Heart Hospital in Chicago, IL as the Director of Podiatric Medical Education where he teaches diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle disorders. This is the oldest continuously running podiatric surgical residency program in Illinois and one of the oldest in the country.

Dr. Noorlag has lectured in Illinois at the Midwest Podiatry Conference and in Zermatt, Switzerland regarding surgical technique and the use of internal fixation pertaining to the human foot and ankle.

Dr. Noorlag is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and was Board Certified in Foot Surgery in 1992 and recertified in 2002.
